By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Daniela Meinl / IFYO Institute offers the following products and services:
A contract is concluded when you complete a purchase via our checkout system (ThriveCart) or register for a course or event. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration or purchase. We reserve the right to decline orders or registrations at our discretion.
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and, where applicable, include German VAT (Mehrwertsteuer). As a small business owner (Kleinunternehmer) within the meaning of § 19 UStG, we may not charge VAT — this will be clearly stated on invoices where applicable.
Payment is processed via ThriveCart and its integrated payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For instalment plans, all instalments must be paid in full regardless of whether the course or programme is completed. Failure to pay may result in loss of access to course materials.
For digital products (downloads, online courses, recordings) that are delivered immediately upon purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal by ticking the corresponding checkbox at checkout, in accordance with § 356(5) BGB. Once access has been granted, no refund is possible.
For physical products (e.g. books), you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at info@fascial-yoga.com within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
For live in-person or online events, workshops and teacher trainings, the following cancellation policy applies unless stated otherwise at the time of booking:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
Upon purchase of an online course or digital product, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute or resell any course materials. Access is provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase; where no duration is specified, access is provided for a minimum of 12 months.

We accept liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except in cases involving injury to life, body or health or the breach of a material contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht). In the latter case, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
We accept no liability for the content of external websites linked from our website.
We endeavour to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the website or any part thereof at any time without notice.
