Day 1

Welcome & Crash-Course Fascia

What is fascia — and why does it matter for your yoga practice? A clear, accessible introduction to the fascial network and how it shapes the way you move, feel and heal.

Day 2

Theory: Sensory Refinement

Understand the science behind sensory refinement — how your nervous system and fascia communicate, and why slow, mindful movement creates lasting change.

Day 3

Practice & Teaching Tip: Sensory Refinement

Experience sensory refinement in your own body and discover how to bring these micro-movement impulses into your yoga classes with clear, effective teaching cues.

Day 4

Theory: Rebound Elasticity & Myofascial Release

Discover the spring-like quality of your fascial network and the science behind rhythmic rebound movements and myofascial self-massage.

Day 5

Practice & Teaching Tip: Rebound & Myofascial Release

Move through rebound and self-massage sequences in your own body — and learn how to guide your students through them with confidence.

Day 6

Theory: Fascial Stretch

Go beyond conventional stretching — understand how three-dimensional, slow fascial stretches differ from muscle stretching and why they create lasting length and ease.

Day 7

Practice & Teaching Tip: Fascial Stretch

Experience fluid fascial stretch sequences in your own body and get practical teaching tips to bring this quality of movement into your classes.

Day 8

Integration & Full Practice

Bring it all together in a complete Integral Fascial Yoga practice — integrating sensory refinement, rebound, self-massage and stretch into one flowing, embodied experience.

Day 1 is your welcome & introduction. Days 2–7 alternate between theory and practice & teaching tips for each fascial technique. Day 8 brings everything together in a full integration practice. No live calls, no fixed schedule — everything arrives in your inbox and you can explore it whenever it suits you best.
